Someone help me here… Smart Modes information page?

@Earl.Automation, I have no idea what smart modes is. I asked the support robot and it thought it was smart home monitoring. Maybe a new feature we need to test (still working on descriptive events🤔)
Using Android app v3.4.0.640, if I navigate to the Monitoring tab and tap the in the upper-right corner as a nonsubscriber, I see a prompt to update to Cam Unlimited which says, in part, “Tailor Security with Smart Modes. More Benefits: Smart Alerts, Friendly Faces, unlimited Cameras.”
I guess that’s a clue, but it doesn’t really flesh out an actual description of a feature (or set of features) by that name, so I’m not sure how useful it is for Wyze to mention a feature by name without documenting what that name is supposed to mean. That seems to create more questions than answers.
It also reminds me of mentions of SightSafe with some recent firmware update releases. When I search for that in the Help Center, the query gives me zero results.

Dark mode introduced in version 2.5. ver 3.0 was a good reboot of the app. 50% dark mode though.
How are we at ver 4.5 without 100% dark mode?

As for smart modes, I am reasonably certain this applies to the new NBD filter. It may also include smart descriptions in general. I believe it will include any related iteration related to LLM AI analysis and notifications. They mentioned they were working on other options too, so I think they’re just planning on advance for all these kind of features to fall in that category with the NBD filter.
However, I’m not 100% certain what I said is accurate, so don’t accept it as fact. But based on how they worded it, that is my primary hypothesis.

I get it, though. I want full Dark Theme, too, among other UI improvements.

I looked in the release notes and I don’t see any additional information describing/showing what this is.
Please provide an overview or video of new funtionality including smart mode …
Your team may know what this is but I prefer no to guess. And I am interested.
If I remember correctly, we were promised dark mode by the end of 2024

MultiCam Timeline view or MONITORING issues:
- call it by the tab name - Monitoring
- cams won’t load, or slow to load, been having this issue for a couple of weeks now
- dark mode, but no dark mode on monitoring tab
- auto-rotate, why not change the view when the phone is rotated automatically, like it does when you rotate the camera back
that’s it, for now, but i reserve the right to add more… because i’m sure there are more

If WYZE can’t explain it I have no interest. No update for me today.
I remember it was supposed to happen for that tab, anyway:
@WyzeMatt - @WyzeJasonJ - There was some talk of better communication to the public. You’ve released this to the masses with things nobody can find? What gives?
My head went to modes in the monitoring tab. Heres a screenshot from one of my accounts. My issue is I have no idea what it looks like before…so not much help there. I have issues with geo location so I don’t use it much. I can’t see any obvious changes to descriptive AI alerts and nbd filter settings.
Sorry in my delay in getting back here. You are correct with Smart Modes, you get to it with the icon in the upper-right next to the modes. The screens are just laid out better now.
MultiCam Timeline staying awake is so that if you are watching the streams through the MultiCam timeline it should not be impacted by a screenlock, before the screen locking would kick users off of it.
