iOS app 3.2.0 (9) installed and running well.
…waiting for Google to release Android app 3.2.0 (580).
Thanks for the 3.2 enhancements. I am just trying them.
The alternate view of cams & ability to optionally turn off/on the feed are helpful.
I was hoping to be able to have 2 cams side-by-side to more effectively use the space on tablet (iPad).
The cam currently takes up the width of a card but instead is 2 cards wide with lost of white space.
If the cam was the width of a card, like in monitor mode, this could work well.
Optionally 2 or 3 regular device cards (plugs, lights, sensors) could fit along side a single cam.
Someone just today gifted me with two v2 Wyze bulbs that work great. I may wait to try new app tomorrow. I don’t want to exceed my luck quota.
I’m on Android, currently have v3.1.5. I have auto updates turned on but can’t see any way in the play store to force an update.
Google is slow. Wyze has pushed the release to Google. Google has not released it yet.
It’s also not available for iPad on iOS but available for iPhone
Got it. Thanks.
I totally forgot that I have the iPad app on beta and that’s why it’s not showing up unless I search for it.
Thanks for posting and jogging my memory
Ahh. I will have to check out the iPad Beta !
I doubt that there is any difference from the production version.
Ever wonder why Wyze is not showing screen shots of the pages that are not in landscape mode on the iPad app in App Store?
I am not a fan of what they have done to events. Each release seems to be more frustrating than the previous. Why is audio off by default when I first play an event now?
I believe this is because a lot of people were upset that playing an event kept interrupting their other audio like music from playing, or made them not want to click on event notifications in public where the sound would just start playing off their phone automatically and annoy nearby people, but they would be fine to look at video visually.
I think a better long term solution is to add an app settings toggle that lets people choose whether they want events to be automatically muted or have sound.
