Updated Android devices to 2.47.0.373 and all looks well after brief testing.

Haven’t seen iOS app 2.47.0.6 in the App Store yet.

My V3 cameras under the new Android version 2.47.0(373) still do not do the “Thumbnail Show”.
I tried signing out/in to the Wyze Android app and that did not work with the V3s.
I forced stopped the app and cleared the cache (did not work).
I restarted (via the app) one V3 camera and that did not fix it.
Do we need to power the V3 cameras off/on?
The V3 Pros work fine, so do all 3 of my doorbells (two V1, and one Pro).
My V2 cameras will not do the thumbnail show either.
Toggling the hardware decoder did nothing either.
All cameras have the current PRODUCTION firmware. I have Cam+ Unlimited.
I do have “record sound” turned OFF on all cameras under advanced settings, if that is related (like it causes the stuttering playback in the event viewer).
The Doorbells are NOT in my camera group.
Pixel 6a Android 14 with November 2023 Security updates if that makes a difference.

UPDATE:
After midnight I tried the “Thumbnail Show” without changing anything, and it worked on my V3 and V2 cameras. That is bizarre, but I’ll take the win!

I did successfully add an old Wyze Plug CFH and update the firmware to 1.2.0.233.

UPDATE:
I successfully installed a brand new 2019 White Bulb this a.m. too.
I forgot to put the phone in airplane mode, but I remembered during the install and it completed fine. It then updated the firmware to 1.2.0.382 without issue.
Thanks!

I only use v3 cameras. After restarting my Android the Thumbnail Slideshow returned for me.

This morning I update my Wyse App with the 2.47.0.6 Version.

My bug is always here. The SD Card icon is not clickable.

Come on it’s been a long time and you didn’t fix the bug… I’m disapointed.

[Mod Note]: Your post was moved to the correct topic for better visibility to Wyze.

Is CAM Plus motion tagging still working properly? Any reported issues? I upgraded earlier this evening. I just noticed that the two trips I took up and down the driveway in my vehicle did not result in properly tagged motion events. All four motion triggered event recordings were not properly tagged “Vehicle”.

I use Cam Plus Lite and only get Person detection. Person detection with the new App is tagging accurately for me.

Is anyone else getting the “failed to fetch video from cloud” error with this update?

I still haven’t gotten a notice or ability to install this update from the Play Store.

How long should it take?

Mine was available yesterday in the UK

Have tried going to the PlayStore and searching for Wyze,?

I occasionally get the Failed to Fetch message but toggling to a previous day and back to the current day refreshes my Events page.

Yup…it just give the OPEN button to go into the app, not the INSTALL button

The app still says it’s on the 2.46.0 (368) release

I sorted it by power-cycling the affected cameras. I’m not sure why that mended it though.

Go to the Play Store, Manage Apps & Device, Manage Tab, Installed, and open the card for the Wyze App and see if an Update button appears.

Yea…but still no

This is what I get…
