So I emailed back and it’s been many months since then. So no they do not respond back. But if you call again and talk to another first tier agent, then you restart the process and it’s like groundhog Day to where you give them all the information, they forward it, then you get an email with basic copying paste of things you should try to get your services working again even though you had verified twice now that you have tried everything that not only was in what they were trying to forward to you in the email but also other things that other users have tried and worked. So trying to deal with customer service is literally like trying to put out a fire in front of you but you keep walking backwards.

Just as bad. Next there will be a fee or a bitcoin tip for contacting that stupid AI support. You have to guess what to type in the box. What happened to a simple phone call? I used it twice and got instant and great result. F AI and automation, get real smart people back to work. If it wasn’t for all the all help people/users provide from this forum WYZE would have a lot less users.

I paid my property tax bill today via check and used an old forever stamp. They wanted over $50.00 to pay via credit card plus they want a “donation” for families at risk.

I do the same thing. Even my dentist is following this BS. Let him hire someone to open my letter and deposit my check in their bank. Stupid, but I imagine some people give in.

I feel like you must be deliberately baiting me here by intentionally mixing up two of the most influential SciFi franchises of all time…(though Trek is more hard scifi and Wars is more mixed space opera and fantasy subgenre. Both have pretty awesome canon/legends to enjoy.
