I suggested that the app be paused as what was done with the Firmware.
I tested the app on my iPhone, which is a test device, and it is having issues as well
Is this viewing cams in a group and each cam? I do not have cams in a group and all individual cams For V3 and V3 Pro all load quickly.
Just curious what is your average bandwidth?
I am on a relatively slower connection being I am in the forest with little options for Internet connectivity.
AT&T FirstNet cellular data using a cellular router.
I get an average of 10 Mbs upload and download whereas Antonius is likely on high-speed city slickers bandwidth.
Maybe this issue shows up better on us slower bandwidth folks?
I am on Verizon FiOS gigabit conenctivity with no Bandwidth limitations. I get about 600+ up and down.

I’m cheap. My 2.4 network is 90-100 down and 20-25 up
The 5.0 network is 560 down and 25 up. Xfinity using my own Motorola cable modem with integrated AC3200 router.
That’s still good bandwidth.
I lucked out when I signed up. I pay minimal for as long as I have it, so I never change my internet plan, just TV.
Now I am considering streaming TV, but I can’t decide on what I want. So for now I am just hanging with what I got.

Frontier in the Los Angeles area.
That was measured from my desktop - wired. Fiber ONT → Router → Data cabinet switch → Family room switch → Family room PC. All those hops are Gigibit (for now).
If I measure from the router, I get about 985 Mb/s up and down.
Impressive.
I am on Verizon FiOS in VA.
Mine was from Fiber ONT → Wyze router Pro then Wifi to my Chromebook, Pixel 8, and Samsung Galaxy ZFlip 5.
I use my own routers as I was tired of paying the rental fee.
I reached out to Wyze and was wondering if you could do me a favor? Can you try to stream your V3 or whichever camera, when you get the error or cannot connect, go to the Settings cog at the top right of the live stream page, go to Wyze Support, submit a log. Can you please post it here with the following info:
- Log Number
- App Version
- FW Version of the device
- What Device is this on

LoL remarkably the App took several attempts to get the error -27 but only in group view.
Clicking on cam in group view it loaded.
This is the log from that #1269083
The video definitely still loads slower than 2.47.0 even though there seems to be a little improvement since earlier.
Still going back to 2.47.0 as it loads group view video so much faster…
