Another app update today on the google play store… The person detection filter still not working…please get this fixed
6 days later, yet another android app update… person detection filter still not working. How hard is this to fix, Wyze?
It’s becoming obvious that the “friendly Wyze team” is not interested in supporting the product. I’ve spent a good deal of coin on Wyze products. And this is disappointing.
I’m throwing in the towel and replacing my setup with Tapo cameras which have better resolution anyway with no blackmail by disabling features.
PS. There are 97 Wyze team members. You’d think at least one would respond even if just to say, “we’re working on it.”
The forum moderators have disappeared from this thread. Wyze has never even acknowledged the problem (but that’s normal for wyze),
So what is it:
- Wyze thinks this will get more paid subscriptions (so this is intentional)
- Wyze is simply incapable of fixing this (or apparently much else)
I want to keep up with the latest everything but I can’t, stuck in the past (app), the last one that worked for me.
Still an issue with the latest hotfix Wyze Android app v3.2.7.595
