I read about the beta version being able to turn off voices (staring to charge etc) and that was more than a year ago and I still cannot upgrade my firmware and yes I did check the beta version box. So I think I’ll just try physically blocking the speaker for now with some tapes, but I couldn’t seem to find the speaker on the vacuum. I appreciate if someone knows where should I tape to block the voice

Can’t confirm if this is beta only, but there should be a setting in the vac called Do Not Disturb. If not, beta should be available soon. It was paused to fix an issue with bricking, but hopefully it’s open again soon when they sort it.

Turning voice on/off requires beta 1.6.126 or higher.

Hi, thanks for the reply, yes it is beta only as my firmware is up to date and the thread from a year ago also says that the feature would be available soon. So I’m thinking before that happens, I want to try some temporary solution for now

It’s behind one of the vents on the back, whichever is not the exhaust. You can see it with a bright light.
