Would love to be able to pull up all my cameras on my PC and Mac so I can monitor them all at without using my phone, and having it on a bigger screen. I know it has been requested, just getting another one out there.
Welcome to the forum.
After nearly 3 years, >4400 votes and >2300 posts Wyze says it’s going to be developed BUT customers will have to pay for it.
And I most likely, will vote with my dollars, and seek other options that don’t have ‘WYZE” in the name if this does happen.

Per camera, no less. Remarkable.
Hey Angus, sure does resemble bait and switch doesn’t it?
Contrary to @UserCustomerGwen 's assumption, I am not very excited.

Major Fail!

Well, this might at least solve part of the issue… Microsoft Announces Windows 11 Will Be Able To Run Android Apps - Slashdot
It will help some people.
A lot of us wanted browser support because we can’t install apps on our work (employer’s) computers. This would prevent Android apps also.
Wyze’s idea of charging us annually per camera may backfire. I would rather buy cameras that already have browser support than pay Wyze continually for the life of my existing cameras.
As it is, I am satisfied with tinyCam server.
Wyze will make an all out effort to make sure this does not work Cam plus is breaking a lot of things. Many things are being disabled and moved to cam plus. Recording events via the app is no longer allowed unless you use screen recorder now or part of cam plus… I am so upset with the direction wyze has chosen to go with its Nickle and dime approach.
One problem is that at least initially, they are using Amazon’s Appstore for Android apps, which of course doesn’t have the Wyze app:
I can download Event clips on my Android phone.
Maybe they err’d in the person they hired as a financial advisor
I’m confused by this statement. I recorded several videos just today on cams that do not have Cam Plus, and I used the Wyze app to do it, not a screen recorder. Am I missing something here? Can you explain further, because I do this all the time without Cam Plus on the cameras. If you click on the specific camera device, there is a record button that works to record something live, or you can click on the playback from the SD card and there is a record button there to record something you are playing back so you can save it elsewhere. Or if you are talking about the 12 second recorded events without cam plus, you can also save those by clicking the share icon which looks like a little box with an arrow then save/share it to wherever you want, I just tell it to save to my google photos, or my google drive, or you can click the icon with a down-arrow to download the event to the phone.
I do all of these all the time without Cam Plus. If it’s not letting you record events without cam plus, perhaps it’s a bug that they need a log from you to look into it, or else I am totally misunderstanding what you are talking about…because what I read isn’t making any sense to me when I’m able to do this all the time on my cams without cam plus.
I bet Wyze will quickly add themselves to the Amazon store if necessary, but even then, I am sure it will be possible to side-load things. I have an Amazon Fire Tablet and have a ton of apps on there that aren’t on the Amazon store, including the Wyze App and a bunch of others…I expect there will be ways to load other APKs on Windows too, but I suppose it is possible they will purposely restrict it (at least initially) to Amazon Store only…I don’t think that will last long though. Even Fire Tablets aren’t limited strictly to Amazon Store.
I doubt Wyze will add their app to the Amazon store. They haven’t done it yet for people with Fire tablets. They also haven’t made the app available to Chrome OS.
Now that they are getting ready to supply what customers want but only at a cost they are unlikely to help those customers get the service free.
Agreed, paying for a Cam Plus Subscription over a given amount of time makes the camera’s not such a great deal financially.
The Wyze Camera’s might turn out to be more expensive over time, than a solution that initially cost more out the door without a monthly subscription. (provided the non Wyze solution meets the user’s needs)
(I also understand that there are those that prefer not to maintain a NAS or other local storage options, and prefer the monthly subscription model.) I am not in this camp.

Well as of yesterday Microsoft announced that in windows 11 later this year Android apps will be able to run natively. So once that happens just install the Wyze android app on your PC and you are done.
