V3 connection time out problem caused V2 pan fail

I jumped on the black Friday deal and purchased 3 pack V3 cameras to add to my existing floodlight pro, 4 x V3 and 3 x V2 pan.

when i tried to set up my new V3, it kept telling me connection time out, so i reset my router/ cable modem, somehow my V2 pan cameras no longer works, but my existing V3s and floodlight pro still work.

After googling half of day, I can not find any solution for it, please help.

I’ve been having the same exact issues. Found a bulletin somewhere, which I can’t find now, saying that they’re having issues. Currently working on a fix.

Thank you for the quick respond, will user be notified when the updates/ fixes are implemented? Does Wyze have the time frame when the problems will be corrected?

Unfortunately, we (users) don’t have any additional information or status updates other than what is posted at the top of the Service Advisory and Service Status Update pages. If you have forum email notification updates enabled in your forum profile, and change the notification option to “Watching” for the Service Advisory page, you will receive forum notification and email when the topic is updated. Changing that notification option to watching will also send notifications of new user replies to that topic… not sure if you what those additional notifications.

Problem should be fixed now:

oh no! lol. I have spend the last 4 hours resetting and flashing my cameras, reset my unifi system made new SSIDs. lol. I just wasted 6 hours of my life. at least i dont have defunct products.
