Can I buy the small cable that plugs into the back of the outdoor camera and into the solar panel cable? A squirrel chewed threw mine.

If not, I’ll tell you what I would do in your situation if there is enough cord left by where the squirrel chewed into it:
I would strip the wires, then tie them back together, then cover the whole thing up with some of this kind of silicone self-fusing tape to weather-proof it:
