Time Sync not working on my Cam v3

Warm greetings.
Time sinc’ will not work on my Wyze cam v3 cameras.
It does work on my Wyze Cam Cam OG telephoto 3x
Any help will be most appreciated.

I am surprised someone missed your initial question. Personally I have not seen this issue. Hopefully someone will see your latest request and reply.

I live in the UK and now we are on British Summertime, the clocks are correct.
When we switch to winter time’s 1 hour change, the cameras will not synchronise to the new time, although it changes on my Macs and iphone.

I guess everyone is out of the office this weekend.

I am surprised @carverofchoice or @spamoni hasn’t chimed in.

This is a known issue for some people which Wyze is working on. The suggested fix is to manually change the time zone in your phone, wait 10 minutes, then change it back. Try Syncing again:

I believe most employees aren’t supposed to work on the weekends unless something really important is going on (like an outage), but they do have people on call for emergencies and they do still have support available every day including over the weekends for someone who needs support for any reason.

I can understand. I used to work and be on call. I always see you answering questions all hours of the night and day. Thanks for the info.
