what about the cam unlimited pro plan? when is that coming out? if I use this code and go with the 1 year deal, can I upgrade to the pro when it comes out?

The “3monthsofcamplus” coupon code redemption is not working. I’ve been thru online chat and only solution was escalation to have ‘service specialist’ email me sometime in the future.

Error: “There was an error redeeming the coupon as credits. Please enter the coupon code and try again.”

Has anyone gotten the “3monthsofcamplus” coupon code redemption to be accepted?

How does one transfer cameras from the monthly unlimited plan to the annual unlimited plan? I followed the link in the email and signed up for the annual plan, now I have two plans listed, monthly and annual, but all the cameras are under the monthly plan and clicking thru shows the cameras but no way to assign them to a particular plan.

When I try to use the app it tells me I must manage the subscription from the web.

I am confused!!

I am subscribed to unlimited CamPlus with yearly renewal and I thought that a list of my 10 cameras was in the “Services” section of “My Account”

I have looked there but there are no cameras showing - just a message saying something about “COMING SOON” and " Incredible experience"

I have a new V3 can arriving today … Will I be able to add it to CamPlus?

One of the steps in adding a new camera, tells you it is adding the new camera to your Cam Unlimited. You don’t even have a choice.

No idea. Wyze is very unpredictable.

I just wish they would leave things alone - everything in the app was working perfectly for me.

The new app isn’t too bad actually. The “Devices” tab is like the old app. There are still some rough edges for sure.

There’s always the need to get used to a new way of doing things as long as there’s a good reason for it. And here I believe the new app would make future releases easier to maintain.

I hope not - I’m am always worried when Wyze do updates. I had two cams bricked by a firmware update a few months ago.

In case anyone else ran into this issue when trying to sign up for the annual plan when you are already on the monthly plan, the solution is to contact support. They will sort it out and move the cameras from the monthly to the annual plan and delete the monthly plan.

If history has taught me anything, if you upgrade mid annual plan you won’t get your money back for the remaining time. I got screwed over with this already and they refuse to rectify it. Now I’m not a subscriber at all since that this showed me how slimey Wyze is these days. Ironically this will cost them more in the end than it would’ve if they had fixed the problem, but i guess that just makes too much sense.

If you cancel any of the subscriptions you have all that does is stop the auto renewal process at the expiration date so the plan should still work until then, Did you tell WYZE to delete a subscription prior to the expiration date? No :moneybag: :moneybag: back .

I didn’t cancel anything. I upgraded from Cam Plus to Cam Plus Unlimited, and that was all that had to happen. My old Cam Plus sub (annual that was only 2-3 months old) was replaced by my monthly Unlimited and I was sent articles on their site that say my old subscription is then ended without any prorated refund or credit. It’s simply gone and they won’t give it back. Support confirmed this. Nevermind that this was not mentioned anywhere in the process of upgrading.
Carver even agreed that was not cool and tried to get some of his Wyze buddies to address it and then crickets, even after follow ups.
