Very well said. I would definitely subscribe to CamPlus at least for the rest of the cameras. As it stands, I’m weighing my options between Wyze and competitor cameras with on board AI detection to replace those four cameras at least.

I saw an email earlier in the week indicating cam unlimited would be on sale today (Friday) for $89.99. But I don’t see that offer on the website. Am I missing something? How do I find this?

I’m was curious about this as well. I have Cam Unlimited already and it renews in Sept. It’s only a $10 cost savings for me to do now. Looks like it’s allows me to bank the savings as a credit for the next renewal.

I would take the offer and extend your renewal date, pocket that $10 savings.
The way the system works is like this:
Say for example you have a Cam Plus Annual plan and a Cam Plus monthly plan and you want to move to an unlimited annual plan…
We calculate the monetary value for the time you have left on your plans (let’s call that $30 for the sake of argument here) and extend your renewal date of the unlimited annual plan $30 into the future (AKA 3 months into the future if unlimited costs $10/mo).
Your renewal date and how it’s presented may look different from someone else’s, but we really really try hard to make sure everyone gets a fair shake from promotions like this one.

Hi there. Please provide some feedback for my issue with this promo. I am trying to redeem the promo code i was emailed today for the $89 Cam Plus Annual plan. However, it is only showing me a $10.99 “service credit” when I do so.

Hey there:
- go to “Manage Plan” then
- select the yearly unlimited plan, then
- enter the promo code.
Yeah the way you have it here is correct. Tap the “Update Plan” button and you’ll be moved to the unlimited annual plan.
