We have Cam Unlimited, and I’m the primary account holder. I’ve shared all of our cameras with my wife, but she’s still restricted to 12s videos and can’t use any of the features in Cam Unlimited. When I go into the app and try to share services, Cam Unlimited doesn’t show up for me.
When I try to view things through my account online, it looks like only my doorbell cam is assigned to the Cam Unlimited plan and the Cam v4 cameras cannot be assigned. Can I fix this myself, or do I need to contact support?
