I have a new v4 and cam unlimited. Under “Cameras on Cam Unlimited” I see the message “The cameras below cannot be assigned to this service at the moment” with no option to add the v4. Any suggestions?
I’ve had my v4 for a couple of months now. It got removed from my cam plus and I can’t re-add it in the app or on the website. The website says “The cameras below cannot be assigned to this service at the moment.” the only one “bellow” is the v4.

I just checked and my V4s are not assigned to my Cam Unlimited service, either. But I checked the cloud events, and the last clip was 30 seconds long, so obviously it’s still on Cam Unlimited.
