I ordered the Scale Ultra as soon as I got the email about it. I just set it up and it shows me over 4 lbs heavier than my Scale X! Shouldn’t they be calibrated much closer to each other? I may see if I can find a known weight to check them with soon.
I’m mostly curious about the accuracy now.
If you haven’t already done so give it an hour or two to acclimate to temperature.
I gave mine an hour. It had been in the Amazon truck all day.
My observations were in a thread from yesterday.
I saw very tight tolerances. If yours continues to show a 4lb difference then yes, try a calibrated weight source.

I also received my ultra a few days ago. It will weigh as much as seven pounds heavy! I went back to using my original Wyze scale which is close to the measurements from my old balance beam scale.
I tried it again a few minutes ago and it’s 3 pounds heavy.
Very inaccurate.

I can only record what I am seeing. Maybe a QC issue. I just don’t know.
If it’s unsatisfactory - return it. But give it a few days just in case Wyze has instituted some slow averaging calibration algorithm.
