I am also having the same issue with the iPhone, but only with Camplus on my V3 that came with the Black Friday deal. It came with the free trial then the license arrived a week later.
My Trial expires in 2 days, so I will see what happens after Thursday. Will let you know if it actually worked out.

Just an FYI, after loading the latest firmware and downloaded the latest app to my Android, I see the Person. Vehicle and Package in Camplus. But not the face recognition or Pet Detection. On Android, I still donāt have the tags when submitting events either. I have to utilize my iOS device for that, as I can pick a tag for the event. The iOS Wyze App version is 2.17.21 (Seems to be still beta). The Android version is 2.17.7 (Seems to be a production release now - does not say Beta).
Yes, 2.17.7 is a production release, Iām sure another beta will arrive soon. Now that vehicle & package detection is official, everyone should see it. There must be something with your account that is not allowing you to see face and pet, since theyāre still a pilot feature.
I agree. I have asked about this and they are looking into it. I am on beta testing for apps and firmware as well as signed up for HW testing. We will see what they say.
Sadly with the update to v2.17.7 I am also unable to tag.
Yeah, itās odd I wish I knew what the devs needed to help sus this out, maybe one could chime in.

There has to be something different between a setting on our phone or on the Wyze Servers, there may be a setting they turned on for you which we donāt have on.
Hopefully something will be found.
Trial has ended and no changed. Cannot submit a video via android and select a tag. Nor do I see the other Pilot options for CamPlus (Facial or Pet)

On my Android, the Tag selection is still missing on the latest Beta Firmware 2.17.31. I submit video via the iOS device still
However, I am now getting regular AI Alerts on my V2.
I guess thatās something, I still can not tag sadly.
Submit a log indicating it is an App issue and see what happens. I will as well.
I already did, I wonder if we should list our tickets so staff can put them together.
I am also going to put it in the Beta Response for Android. I need to dig up my ticketsā¦

I came to the forums today to say that vehicle detection missed my mail delivery and I was looking for a way to add my video to the AI so maybe it catches it next time.
I subscribe to CAM Plus but do not get notifications because a moving tree keeps setting it off, which is why Iām only interested in the AI alerts.
I see that the video of the delivery was caught on the internal SD card.
Lastly, I only see Person, Vehicle and Package detection, I do not see any of the other choices.
I am running an android phone and I am in the beta program.
Iām using v2.17.31 of the android app and the camera is a V3 running firmware 4.26.0.248 (at the time) but Iāve just updated it to 4.26.0.252.
