Provide shared user app and device-level access history

User accessible logs / action logs

Would be great to be able to troubleshoot, or see what actions were pressed by what user.
This way we can figure out if someone is pressing a function or if the device is potentially defective saving support time.

I am in complete agreement. Have family member in the same situation (not fully self-sufficient) who will remain alone for parts of the day and it’s important to be able to check on them often, myself and my sisters are doing it for a family member and I am also doing together with my wife for my in-laws. Having record to access is also a question of safety and security because in case one of us accidentally leaked the credentials and someone is logging into the account. That would alert us and as soon as we find out it wasn’t any of us (like someone accessing at night and was none of us) then we could immediately change the password and restore security.

I’ve given access to maybe 10 people, this is appropriate per my situation, I see the light turn red on cam showing me it’s being accessed but I’d line to be able to check to see which user is accessing it. Can there be a log that shows times that cameras were accessed and by which user? Thank you.

A history log where I can check who was watching the live stream

I have shared my shop cameras with several people and I keep noticing the red led on all the time. I feel that as soon as I have an obvious look towards the camera(s), the red led turns into blue. Nobody from the people I shared the camera with are confirming that they watched the stream. It would be great to have a log of what account was watching the stream and what time.

Message Notification if another user is viewing/listening on Camera

I feel that a message notification to your phone indicating when another user is watching or listening in on the Wyze Camera. Ruined surprises due to audio intrusion and other instances. Just a suggestion.

For any shareable Wyze camera, add the ability for the owner to get a notification when a shared user accesses the live stream video.

A shared account how do you access when other user/sharee is monitoring or accessing?

Live camera user activity log

I would like to suggest an access log that the master account can know when the live view was access with time date and username and if possible duration of time the person was viewing the live feed

Hello,

I wish there was a way to know if my Sub user accounts are actively watching the camera.

This could be a simple person Icon while viewing the camera for the master account only.

I live with a narcissist he eavesdrop on conversation ugh

Timestamp for last time the camera was viewed/assessed by a person

It would be great to see last time a camera was viewed/accessed by a person with whom access for the camera has been shared.

How in 2024 is this not there?? I want to share this with my wife and it does not show the history!? I have to make a shared account now and probably have to disable Multifactor. So we both can log in. Just have to make a stupid long password I guess. Hopefully it’s not compromised, because this is the reason why. It’s really pretty silly that they have not listened to the list of people here wanting. I was really wanting to get the Wyse doorbell camera but might go another way now. Which is too bad because I would like one spot to look for my cameras but it’s not that important.
