While using the WYZE doorbell camera with Alexa Echo Show 5 the picture needs to be rotated 90 degrees. Has anyone else come across this and if so, is there a way to correct this?

Wyze knows about this already. I am sure they are looking into it, but want to do it in a fashion where the picture does not get stretched.
The story was they were going to completely remove the ability to view the doorbell via Alexa and Echo Shows because the camera didn’t have the power to rotate the image and they were tired of people complaining. I don’t know if that has changed.

You have got to be kidding. That should be an easy fix. Rotate the video in the software for export to cloud or other devices.
Apparently the Video Doorbell streaming on Alexa was removed due to a bug but they’re trying to turn it back on, so that’s good news.
