One of my Wyze color bulb s won’t function properly after 2 days

I got 2 color bulbs for my room a couple days ago, and they worked fine until today. Now one of the bulbs is normal, but the other one won’t function properly. When I try to change the color of it, it either just turns white instead of the color I chose, or turns that color but very dim, no matter what i change the brightness to.

Try setting it back up from scratch again (flip the power on and off 3 times and go through setup).
Also make sure the firmware and app are up to date.

If you’re still having problems, contact support. If they can’t get it working, I would assume you are still under warranty, and they should be able to get you a new replacement in some way since you’ve only had them for a couple of days.
