I would give Support a call. You can also submit an app log and when contacting support, let them know the log ### for debugging. Something does not seem right here. They can help with troubleshooting up to replacement, which sounds like the direction this may go.

Being that you posted this on the beta forum, support may not be able to help, but rather forward the issue to the engineers and devs if this is beta hardware or software. They will be able to make that determination.
