Hey Wyze. So I have 2 malfunctioning color bulbs.
One has no white and the closest it goes to it is to a aqua green. All the other colors are functional.
The other will not go white either nor will it brighten. The closes it goes to it is a dim yellow.
Just want to know what my recourse. Thanks for any feed back. Hope I posted in the right place.

Trust me, not an issue. I posted something a while ago thinking I would hear from Wyze. Some other community members let me know as well. Paying it forward. 
Once you have a ticket and you post your logs, place it hear so we can see about getting it escalated.
