One more ''No video available at this time''

I’ve read others are experiencing the same issue with their pancamV3. @WyzeMengtingHu I would sure love some help!

Based on what I searched, I’ve basically done what others did, many SD card formatting, changing for new SD cards, the issue keeps coming back. I read the camera is faulty and muat be replaced? Both my pancamV3 do this… rather annoying as I needed to submit video evidence for investigation on property damage :frowning:

Try putting the card in a PC to see if it is readable, if so you can get the files that way (will be slightly better quality than pulling the video remotely too). That will also tell you if it is a card issue or camera/app issue.

As far as I’m aware, that’s the main data collection point for this ongoing issue.

You’re welcome. I have no idea what the current status of this issue is, but I know that it’s been plaguing users of certain Cams for a long time. For me, personally, one of my Cam Pan v3s has had inconsistent microSD performance for well over a year and the other (older) has been solid since I’ve owned it. :man_shrugging:
