I want an answer.

Gradually, overtime, all of my five (5) Cam Pan v3 cameras have stopped displaying SD card video. Every possible thing I can do has been done. Don’t ask.

I’ve sent in logs at the request of WyzeMengtingHu, I’ve messaged several Wyze folks on this site, and no Wyze folks have responded. Radio silence.

Read the thread before asking questions:

What do I have to do to get someone’s attention? Don’t suggest customer support, because they just read scripts and cannot fix anything.

It’s time to fix this.

I am sorry this is stillngoing on, I went throught the other thread. Let me get with Mengting tomorrow and see where she is at on this and of she has found anything out.

Thank you for responding. I’m willing to work with someone, and even provide additional logs from all of my cameras, if we can get to the bottom of this.

Same experience as above with Cam Pan V3. Will not record or display video from SD card anymore. Tried several different SD card manufacturers. Format on laptop. Nothing. Cam often freezes when card is inserted.

That’s one aspect I don’t experience.

Anyway, WyzeMengtingHu has my logs. I’m willing to work with anyone at Wyze to get my five (5) Cam Pan v3’s recording to SD cards again.

We’ll see what happens.

Okay, I decided to take matters into my own hands to investigate this further. I’m also posting this update in my original thread.

The other day I picked up two new Wyze Cam Pan V3s on the Wyze Black Friday sale. I activated them and they work fine with every single of a dozen or so SD cards that my five (5) existing cameras will no longer display video from. Same current firmware. All the existing cameras have been factory reset and reactivated. They will not display video from any brand or capacity of SD card that has worked in the past. One by one, over 3-5 months, each existing camera has encountered this flaw. Some of them are outside, and some are indoors. There is no rhyme or reason why this is happening

I shall note that I have sent logs for MengtingHu in the past, with no response.

I am willing to return these cameras for Wyze to study. The cameras are out of warranty, but in this situation I am asking for an exception. I am willing to eat the costs of two, as I just got two new one’s for Black Friday, but as a consolation I would like a courtesy replacement of the other three. I need two (2) white, and one (1) black. Reach out to me via a private massage.

Hello Jason, I have been experiencing the same problem since the earlier this year. Everything Pam and the others have shared and done, I have also. My SD card has been cleared, formatted. The only thing I have not done is climb up, eject it, and reinsert it. I have the latest firmware, and my plugin version is 3.8.0.8. I also cleared all app data and cache to no avail. I will now uninstall and then reinstall the app to see if that helps. PLease let me know what else should be done or have someone create a ticket to work directly with me on this, Thanks

Having the same issue! It began in November and came out of the blue and I suspect it was the auto update I had turned on that they have an error in their code somewhere.

Now today, out of the blue, the app doesn’t recognize that I have camplus subscriptions and I can’t filter on any of these features.
