Need to cancel cam plus subscription that i accidentally put in the wrong email

I need to transfer my subscription for cam plus to a different email. When signing up for the one year all camera subscription special i accidentally put in the wrong email now i cant use my subscription and when contacting support they told me to cancel subscription and resign up. There are two problems with this first i am unable to cancel because i dont have a account with the email i put in and also if i do resign up there is no longer a dicount. So i am paying 89 dollars for a year of cam plus that i can not use.

If you do cancel, don’t expect a refund. Wyze has implemented a no-refund policy on subscriptions. You’re going to need help from @WyzeMatt .

The no refund rule only applies if you are leaving Wyze for good and cancelling your plans. Anyone can get their single plan subscription prorated if they prove they bought an Unlimited plan and are switching to that.

@che.mcilrath you will need to reach out to support for this though.

Help!
I am an Unlimited Subscriber too.
But inspite of paying for it, via the website, it’s not appearing in my ‘Account’.
‘Services’ does not show the cameras to be attached. It’s asking me to buy the plan again…and again!

Verify which email account you used for purchase of the subscription vs. email account used for the app. Sounds like they might be different.

Unless you bought subscriptions though the app, Then they just tell you there is nothing they can do. Extremely frustrating to upgrade then find out you paid for up to a year of subscriptions that you no longer use.

I purchased a subscription with a differnt email than my login email. How does this get fixed? I called support, but they said it could take days to fix it
