I need to get some support but when I go to the search bar to type in contact support and press enter it does nothing but loads and thats all I get. My audio is horrible on pretty much all my cameras
Go to support.Wyze.Com
Click on the little circular robot chat icon on the bottom right.
Type in something like “human” there.
If you’re attempting this on a PC browser, then I’ve found that often the “AI-powered search” input in the middle of the Help Center home page doesn’t behave as I’d expect. Sometimes I have to type my initial query twice (typing it and hitting ⏎ Enter often just clears the input field so I have to start over), and often once the chatbot does respond there’s no way for me to continue the “conversation” unless I first click the initial response from the bot.
It’s clunky, and I don’t know why it feels so broken much of the time.
