I have a Cam v2 that failed during an update and I need support. Have tried all the suggestions on the website. When I put in a service ticket two days ago I got an email reply that said for faster response reach out to us via chat. But I can’t find a chat feature anywhere on the website. Hoping to get this camera working asap because I use it to watch my dogs when I am not home.
Yes, there is. Click the cyan colored oval at the bottom-right that says “Support”

Thank you for replying. I did see that but it wasn’t working. I forgot about the time zone difference. All set now.
