NBD is on, but I'm not getting any notifications, even for those marked with orange dots

I recently switched to the Cam Pro with AI Descriptive Alerts. It took a few hours for everything to start working, but it’s been great for 2-3 days.

Then today, I stopped getting Wyze alerts on either of my iPhones. They’re still logged in, iOS & Wyze app set up for notifications, but it seems NBD is not even delivering the “orange dot” events that meet the criteria for a notification.

Today the NBD filter didn’t notify for two deliveries, a person coming in and out of the house, and a weird event in the street. All of these events in the “All Events” view under Descriptive AI have orange dots as if they should have been notifications. I’ve restarted the devices, turned on and off notifications in the app… any other thoughts?

No changes to my setup, but the Wyze iOS push alerts started coming through again about 12 hours after posting this. Seems to be working now.

Will you submit a log and post the log number here?

Edit: Just saw you said it’s working now, so I guess a log isn’t needed. If you see something weird like that again, please submit a log and let us know. Hopefully it was just a temporary glitch.

Thanks for your reply. How do I submit a log, @carverofchoice? I noticed some other users in the past have had similar pauses in notifications, so I’ll keep an eye out and submit logs if it happens again.
