Notification not working suddenly

Suddenly my wife and i don’t get any notification on any movement from the camera.
Firmware update happened a few days ago.

Did this start right after the FW update? Check the cam’s notification settings, and if it looks fine try clearing app cache in account > app settings, force closing the app, and checking notifications settings again. You could also try toggling notifications off and back on.

Also, check the bell icon on the apps Home Screen.

This has also happened to us once the new FW was installed. I have reset cache, reinstalled the apps, rebooted the cams, turned every notification thing on and off and on again with no luck. Prior to the FW update there was no issues.

I’m having the same issue and yes seemd like after the update. Only the v2 cameras affected, my outdoor cam and my door and motion sensors are still sending notifications. The events are showing up just no notifications. Checked all settings, toggling on and off and the bell icon was still enabled but i disabled and re enabled no luck.

I should have mentioned that we are using V2 cams.

What app and camera versions are you on?

Wyze App for IOS and the newest FW that came out in the last few weeks.

I just deleted the Cams and reset them up and the alerts are working now.

Thank you! I deleted the camera and added it back and now notification is working!

I also had to delete and re add my v2 camera’s, I tried all steps that support suggested but the only fix was to delete and re add. But, with having a bridge on one of mine I also had to re add all my contact and motion sensors. We should not have had to do this as it seemed to happen to everyone after the firmware update! I still have 1 camera that I have to delete and re add but I need a ladder to get to it and at least it is still recording events. NOT HAPPY :face_with_symbols_over_mouth:
