UPDATE (can’t add a NEW reply because I am too NEW 
) I saw others were having success and YAY mine set up AND CAN NOW name the camera and finish up.

Interesting that you bring that up. I’m brand new to this and setup 2 OG cameras 2 days ago, liked them so bought 2 more and purchased cam plus, now I can’t name my 3rd camera without getting operation failed.
Maybe that’s the problem since the first 2 named easily before adding Cam plus!

This is for my doorbell cam Pro. It’s been installed outside. Do I have to take the device off the wall outside to get this information?

Same issue can’t name my Wyze cam OG and have to hard close out of the iPhone app as it is stuck, no going back.
Now my device is connected. Everyone try it one more time.

I finally got it after having to re add it about a dozen times. I put this camera on my account and paid for a plan, but I’m giving the camera to my daughter. If I remove it from my app and add it to her account, do I cancel my subscription and redo the subscription on her account?
