OG cam issue like everyone else. “Operation Failed” after naming device and can’t go back in the process. Power cycling, resetting to factory defaults, etc nothing working. Looks like a cloud issue again like mentioned earlier in post. I’m not using Cam+ but still have issue

How do you get log info?
Log 1412979 – not sure if it will show anything as I can’t backout at the name section and have to force quit the app to start over.
Start the app and go to the account tab.
Scroll down and select wyze support and the. Select submit log
