Operation Failed…Help!

I’m having a set up issue. I tried all the things listed. Can you help me please?

Seems to be the Problem of the day. Supposedly this was resolved in February. Maybe @spamoni can help.

Sorry to hear you are having problems. Can you answer a few questions:

• Can you provide a log for this?
• If you contacted Wyze, can you provide the Ticket Number?
• What was the name you were trying to name it to?
• What Version of the App are you using?
