I just needed my video evidence and it won’t play without upgrade to plus, which i already am.

Cams don’t record playable video anymore. Looks like my four Wyze Cams are as trash as is their support.
Make sure you’re not trying to watch events in the events tab if you don’t have a subscription. That tab is strictly for subscription cloud events. Go to the camera directly and click the SD card or playback button. That should take you to the SD card recordings.
Alternatively, you can remove the SD card and put it into a computer or phone and pull up the video files directly that way if desperate to save the evidence before the camera overwrites it. Go pull it out ASAP if you can’t figure it out and copy the files before they’re overwritten.
They do. Though it’s possible the problem is something like a cheap SD card that is failing now or has corrupt data sectors. That wouldn’t be the camera’s fault if it’s that though. But you still might salvage data by pulling the SD card files directly.
You said you’re already on plus, so just go into your subscription and make sure the cams in question are linked to it. If not, then once you re-link I believe the videos will be there, but not positive.
For SD card, need more info on what exactly the issue is, as @carverofchoice alluded to also.
