This one is just super annoying and the can kicking over to Google, well, it’s weak, figure it out.
I agree that they should probably follow-up with their Google contact(s) on this again. But I am not sure what more Wyze can do besides keep asking Google to fix it though since Google admitted it was on their end and Wyze just had to wait for them to get around to fixing it.
I am still curious why this is only affecting some people and not everyone though. I wish they would’ve explained that more.
I don’t see that same dialogue over in the Nest Community. It’s not working on iOS across the board https://bit.ly/3K9zd0Q Maybe someone is stuck on an older combination of iOS and Wyze app where it still functions. Thanks for chiming in, because yeah, it’s really frustrating and feels like a bigger strike against Wyze than Google, because that’s the pecking order: Wyze needs to figure out Google and not the other wasy around. I’d like to see when Google said it was them, not saying they didn’t, just kind of surprised they did. I love Wyze.
