Is wyze server down? All of my devices are gone

I don’t know what has been going on but suddenly I no longer have access to my cameras. It says no devices and tells me to add a device. WTH

Did they do an update or something? I have about 20 cameras and lights and locks at different locations

Just trying to find out if their servers are down.

I have even removed the app and reinstalled and re logged in.

I have problem also to access both android app and web based app.

Same. Cameras are working but cannot access any of them.

Yes, the whole service is down for pretty much everyone. You can check Service Status & Known Issues – Wyze for updates, but so far, there’s nothing on this current outage.

Yes, very bad situation. Unfortunately it’s been out for many hours and makes absolutely no sense. Told to reboot. Cameras did absolutely nothing wasting time. Businesses and home are no longer secure. This is a horrible, horrible breach.

Still down. 10:am ET
I got into one cam and it appears it started at 3:51 my time…

I had a few V3 cameras down last night, the way my system is I can reset 14 outside cameras all at once…

The 14 cameras outside had 2 that were not working, but cycling power to those 14 took them all offline and now unable to connect.

So even a working cam after power cycling will go offline.

Fawk Wyze this Crap is Getting Old…

Same , app not accessible or if able to get into it no cameras available.

All cameras gone, I’ve rebooted, I’ve force-closed, I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it. I’ve rebooted my internet.

Oddly, the app is still giving me updates while saying I have no devices. >.>

I came here and saw it wasn’t me. I’m now waiting.

All cameras down. Makes me wonder about NOT paying for subscription services now. Why should I without having any services… Not starting to look at other systems that have a higher reliability factor.

Wyze has no clue what’s going on. On the update they claimed they are getting a lot of customers have been detecting issues :flushed:

Please reply back with your findings. I also have SimpliSafe and they are much better than when they were new. However, I like having another set of cameras to watch over things just in case. Wyze is increasingly looking to not be that solution.

I’ve had Wyze for 4 years now and honestly this is the first time I’ve ever dealt with them being down. All my V3 Cams, wireless, and pan cam v3 are down. I hope all is restored, SOON! My app is at least starting to load after 5 hours of it not loading at all but everything it still offline and unplugging doesn’t help. :frowning:
