All of a sudden ALL my cam pans which were working up until last night have gone down. They are blinking blue extremely rapidly and not consistently. All of my cam pan v3 units are up. All cameras were patched to latest firmware. What’s going on?
Same here. Many of my many cams are offline. Rules are not working. Another AWS server crash?
Not limited to Cam Pans… everything died over here. Looks like an AWS or Wyze server outage. I’ll try to get Wyze eyes on this.
AWS has so many issues, this is just stupid! Can’t someone come up with a reliable solution because when security cameras are down, there is no security!

Same here. Even with them rebooted, the routers rebooted, cameras put directly next to the router even, still not connecting. Nothing. Makes this product useless if it isnt able to have use.
Yep. Also, if you have any live streams successfully running or Wyze app connected, do not leave the sessions or you won’t be able to get back in until the issue is resolved.
Have the same issue. Everything is offline and cant turn back on.
Wyze app not even launching. I just kept hearing my cams constantly trying to reboot so I tried opening the app on both my android and iOS devices and its just stick on the launch screen

There has been a couple of times my cameras start to come back but then error out again.
Same here. I woke app at 5:15 am (ET) and most of the cameras were blinking blue.
App in my android phone was not working, it kept closing until a few minutes ago where it asked me to login again and I was able to run the app.
When logged I saw that most of the cameras where offline. The ones online are newer versions.
In the ones online I was able to see their live feed, but I couldn’t retrieve any cloud recordings of events. It shows a 04 error code.
Unplugging and plugging back the offline cameras doesn’t work.
Since there is a post in the forum about it and the down detectors websites are also showing large reports of problems in the past hour, it seems like a massive outage worldwide.
Same here all cams (pan v3, OG, v2) down. It sucks that there are no notifications that go off when cams disconnect.
Same here. Woke up to all six cameras flashing blue. Wyze app takes forever to open and then made me log in. And then it wouldn’t accept my login credentials.
This is causing my Wyze Floodlights to turn on and off, I just discovered them doing this and turned the wall switch off. I’m sure my neighbors weren’t happy. You’d think if there was an issue the floods would stay off until AWS was working again.
Same. All the cameras started going down one by one starting 5am est.
The wyze app also kept crashing and took forever to load. Once I logged in the settings were all messed up.
Same here. All cams down. What is going on? Is Wyze aware? Shouldn’t they admit the issue?
