What is wrong w app today?

Can’t look at events. Can’t turn off notifications. Can’t look at pan cameras. Can’t look at live feed on old cameras. App keeps crashing. Is support still sleeping over there in California? TIME TO WAKE UP AND FIX THIS PLEASE

EDIT: now they’re blaming it on AWS. Who do we believe?

EDIT: After 8 hours it’s finally working on my end.

Same issue here, No cam control, everything shows offline and not able to refresh.

Yes mine are down as well 6:31 AM EST Fast blinking blue light and was logged out of app.

Same- Have to sign in every time then nothing there. Hopefully a bug that gets fixed quickly. And I just lost 2 lbs that wouldn’t register to my app. Damnit- probably already gained it back…

Same here. My floodlights are just turning on/ off every 5 seconds. This is ridiculous, and it impacts the safety of my home.

Confirming the following:-

  • One V3 cam NOT on Cam Plus = working fine, no interruption.
  • Two x V3 cams BOTH ON Cam PLus = showing as “Device offline”.

Occurring over the last couple of hours or so

Edit another post states that AWS are down, but AWS status page shows no outages

Was going to log in again, but app won’t let me log out.

As of about 2 hours ago before this post, my iPad would not load in at all, I had to resign back in just now and nothing on my list. My Android phone has the list and I can get into my Thermostat. How ever Camera’s are all rapid blinking blue on the status light and I can’t log into the Camera’s from the app on my phone.

EDIT ADDED: I just looked on Downdetector.com and they are showing building reports of issues.

Looks like the Wyze servers are down. App will not load, and web view does not connect.

I’m having same issue, no response from the app. Their status page (https://support.wyze.com/hc/en-us/articles/360015979872-Service-Status-Known-Issues) doesn’t show any maintenance or issues.

My Android devices can’t load Wyze app, iOS loads wyze app but not all cameras. From Australia.

My phone is showing cameras but my iPad app I had to login again and when I did it shows I have no cameras.

Hopefully they will make a statement soon. But for now I wouldn’t recommend anyone buy cam plus or re-subscribe to any services until this all gets fixed. Hopefully we will not be forced to setup cameras again.

Again I wouldn’t try to re-setup cameras or buy any subscriptions until Wyze tells us what is up.

Rephrased - Anyone got cams NOT on Cam Plus or higher, i.e only on lite, can confirm working or not please?

All my cameras are flashing. None of our devices, plugs, sensors, lights, cameras, door locks, are showing in the app. The app takes forever to load and i have to sign in each time i load it. But hey at least the shop page loads so we can look at devices to buy that we can’t access….this will be very annoying if I have to reset everything, your plugs have been great for running my fish tank lights……now i am thinking not……i have 20 fish tanks to reset if the app isn’t fixed….
