Can’t look at events. Can’t turn off notifications. Can’t look at pan cameras. Can’t look at live feed on old cameras. App keeps crashing. Is support still sleeping over there in California? TIME TO WAKE UP AND FIX THIS PLEASE

Same- Have to sign in every time then nothing there. Hopefully a bug that gets fixed quickly. And I just lost 2 lbs that wouldn’t register to my app. Damnit- probably already gained it back…
As of about 2 hours ago before this post, my iPad would not load in at all, I had to resign back in just now and nothing on my list. My Android phone has the list and I can get into my Thermostat. How ever Camera’s are all rapid blinking blue on the status light and I can’t log into the Camera’s from the app on my phone.
EDIT ADDED: I just looked on Downdetector.com and they are showing building reports of issues.
My phone is showing cameras but my iPad app I had to login again and when I did it shows I have no cameras.
Hopefully they will make a statement soon. But for now I wouldn’t recommend anyone buy cam plus or re-subscribe to any services until this all gets fixed. Hopefully we will not be forced to setup cameras again.
Again I wouldn’t try to re-setup cameras or buy any subscriptions until Wyze tells us what is up.
All my cameras are flashing. None of our devices, plugs, sensors, lights, cameras, door locks, are showing in the app. The app takes forever to load and i have to sign in each time i load it. But hey at least the shop page loads so we can look at devices to buy that we can’t access….this will be very annoying if I have to reset everything, your plugs have been great for running my fish tank lights……now i am thinking not……i have 20 fish tanks to reset if the app isn’t fixed….
