i subscribed two cam plus on 08/03/2020 for 11.88$ annually EACH due to the early bird discount.
[i was eligible for name your price, but didn’t know that it was ended on aug. 9 …]
recently received email an 20% discount code, and decided to give a try.
guess what?
now i am paying 3*14.99 - 2.99 discount.
it took away my originally early bird discount for TWO subscriptions and replaced with full price while gave me 20% discount on the third subscription
Wyze won!
Did you try contacting Support? Explain the situation. At worst, I’m sure they can manually credit you to keep the original 2 at the $11.88 for the first year as it was supposed to be (at least it was my understanding that the price was just for the first year). The third one should be at the 20% off. This is mostly just a forum for users, get ahold of support and get it worked out.
Sorry about this experience!
I can’t make any promises, but support may be able to help you out. Definitely contact them like @carverofchoice recommend!
By phone: (206) 339-9646 Available Monday - Friday 5 am - 6 pm PT and Saturday 8 am - 4 pm PT
Or online: Wyze.com/support
phone support is typically faster however this isn’t always true due to fluctuation in the amount of calls.

Yeah, the chat has always worked awesomely for me, so I’ve never even tried the phone.
I like this post with all the information though, I think I’ll save a copy myself (bookmark) just for future reference, if not just to share it with others in the future who need help. I’ve always found Wyze support to be very accomodating.

it is not about me
wyze needs to change this.
right now all subscriptions bear the same expiration date, everytime u add a subscription, it will cancel all your old ones and renew them w/ new date and at NEW rate
why not keep each subscription (like a license) separate?
