New Wyze user here. I am being advertised two different prices in my app for the Cam Plus subscription.
When I click the plan for $1.67/month, it takes me to the subscription page but the lowest offer there is $2.99…Obviously, I would like to purchase at the cheapest advertised offer but it seems i cannot.
Additionally, my one month trial seemed to have been canceled without my own doing or understanding why.
Can someone help me with these concerns?

Click into the “AI-powered search” box in the middle of the page and enter create ticket.

Enter your contact details and a brief issue description (include a Log ID if you have one) and click Submit.

It doesn’t really matter how brief the description is. Wyze’s system will generate an e-mail message to you automatically with a Wyze Ticket number, and you can just reply to that message from your e-mail client and add as much detail as you want.
That’s correct! If you decide to hang out with us and spend just a little time, you can get past that limitation pretty quickly.
