I have two Unlimited Camera Annual plans. (I created a separate one by mistake a month before my other one end). Can I just delete the plan that expires next month and re-assign the cameras to the new plan? Will I run into any issues by doing this?
I still had a month of Cam+ before I switched to Cam+ Unlimited. I emailed support to make sure the old account is not renewed; I considered the remaining balance of the old account, “sunk cost”. In a surprise, I was refunded the remaining balance when they terminated the old one.
But even if they didn’t refund, I figure it was like $3 difference.

Same issue! I too purchased Wyze cams when they first came out. No service fees then. Now I have the unlimited camera plan for $99 per year. However every time I look at my cc statement there’s a charge. I just got charged $199 for Cam Protect which I have never had. Apparently now that they’ve started charging for service, which was never to happen, they can’t get their charging and accounts right. And when you call, the agent doesn’t have any answers but will get someone to contact you. They have taken a good company with good products and made a mess of it! I’m just about fed up with Wyze!
Have you contacted support about this, and if so, what did they tell you? Can you post your support ticket number so I can send that to someone on the subscription team to look into?

Yes, I contacted them last month and was told it was fixed. I contacted them again today and was told that someone would contact me within 24 hours. It’s so frustrating. And disappointing that this company started out so good and has gone downhill!

I contacted Wyze support. Ticket 3754010. And took the steps that were suggested.
But to no avail. I didn’t understand what this sentence meant. "Before proceeding, please ensure that the device is clear of the Service before attempting to assign it to avoid any error. "
I want to get refund for the multicam subscription ( I have cancelled this subscription right after i realized I already have paid for one cam subscription, a day later) I should not pay for 2 subscriptions especially one is inactive subscription.

Wyze doesn’t normally do refunds for subscriptions, with the main exception being if someone upgrades from a single cam plus licence to the Unlimited plan, then they will now extend the unlimited plan for the same prorated amount.
If you have 2 subscriptions, I would consider contacting support and seeing what they can do for you. I suspect if you have a single license and an unlimited license they will not refund the unlimited one though. They will likely offer to extend the unlimited plan by the amount remaining of the single license. At least that is how I understand it.
