Thank you!

I think this is now finally resolved.

I am glad you got it handled.

On the very same day,… Why do you guy suddenly charge my credit card without permission on April 6.

While you guys were having problems of my home monitoring System but suddenly charging me without any receipt, any notification and so on.

This is ridiculous!

And on a completely different not … last night after I got home I turned my HMS from AWAY to HOME and a few hours later the alarm started. I quickly checked the doors downstairs and they were closed so I disarmed the HMS.

The weird part is the thing registered “motion” not a door being opened and no cameras or motion sensors are on in my HOME settings. I checked too thinking I may have messed something up when I redid the setup but nope.

Also NoonLight texted me rather quickly which is great BUT I have the timer set to 3 minutes {180 seconds} and I’m pretty sure it took me less than a minute to check the doors then enter the pin code into the hub.

I reset the HMS to HOME and didn’t have any repeats.

I kinda thought that this was something that should be reported but didn’t want to start a new thread especially if it’s possibly related to the server issue thing.

As of now everything seems fine so perhaps just a random hiccup.

I have never had a malfunction like that. Thanks for sharing though. It definitely seems like there may have been an issue when you set it from Away to Home that it didn’t actually change even though you initiated that change. If it erroneously stayed in Away and the server never got the command to the hub, that may be why a motion sensor triggered.

But, it does seem like something definately went bonkers. The alarm went immediately into alarm mode. There should have been a 3 minute “Entry Delay Started” countdown tone in the hub (unless you have your away state set for silent entry) and you should have received an Entry Delay push notification. That is why you got the text from Noonlight, their end was working. It never gave you an Entry Delay countdown.

This may have been related to the HMS Service Outage experienced yesterday at about 4:15 PM Pacific Time.

No answer to my question and issue at all???

Oh the exit/entry delay are SILENT … 'cuz honestly that is the most annoying thing ever to wake others up at 6am.

Oh but my entry routine is typically to Hit DISARM then HOME because DISARM is immediate and then I hear the HMS set to HOME 3 minutes later.

In any event I checked the logs in the morning and they say HMS was set to HOME and that there was a “Motion Detected” but there are no motion sensors or cameras setup for HOME.

I’m also pretty sure it was some kind of glitch because the motion sensors I do have working in AWAY mode are really good and go off almost instantly when I get in and the HMS has not been disarmed. For this to have been a not set from AWAY to HOME issue means I passed in front of a few sensors and cameras for atleast an hour without triggering anything which is unlikely.

In any event this is the first time NoonLight has sent me anything and I’m happy to see that my home really IS being monitored :+1: Other than that I’m reporting this just because I thought it might be useful info for coders figuring out what’s wrong or others with a similar problem. Other than that I’m Happy with Wyze and their HMS service and am not complaining nor do I feel like I need any more help at this time. If similar issues continue then I might be back but for now I’m Good! :+1:

The main reason I leave the Entry delay beeping on is because otherwise nobody would disarm the system and the sirens would keep going off in the middle of the night, etc. At least the Entry delay reminds them to disarm. But I definitely leave exit delay on silent.

Still no answer, no response and just ignoring my question???

Im still waiting u guys response after created tickets and talked to several rep … All only asking me to wait ???

I’ll see if I can get your stuff passed on to someone for you. Can you clarify some of the following things for me first?

Can you clarify the above? You said you were trying to renew and tried multiple times, and when one of them went through, you said they didn’t have permission. Can you clarify that, because it sounds like it renewed like you said you wanted it to.

I am seeing here are your support ticket numbers:

To clarify, do you have any more support tickets since those earlier posts, or just those 2 attempts?

Can you summarize what the support agents said when you contacted them about this issue, and I’ll see if I can pass this situation on to someone to look into for you since it’s still not resolved for you. :+1:

Simple as that. It didn’t auto renew and there are unauthorized charges in my credit card from Wyze

After more than weeks, all rep just told me they can’t answer it and just wait for other to response for the unauthorized charges

Ticket #s: 2967410, 2969646

I am stuck at the same screen and when I click email to renew it’s not sending me an email

I’m having the same issue where my account didn’t auto renew but it did every other year and i’m unable to renew it anywhere can someone please help me?

Welcome to the Wyze User Community Forum @rondeuce30! :man_raising_hand:

You should contact Customer Support to inquire why it didn’t Auto Renew. Perhaps because of an expired Credit Card on file?

I did, they said it was their fault but they still haven’t fixed it and they aren’t able to.

Can you provide a bit more detail? Is the ticket still open? How long ago did you open the Support Ticket? How long has it been since they last replied to you? Are they currently working in it? What caused the Auto Renew to fail? Did you get an email from support explaining what happened and what they are doing to remedy the problem?
