Thanks for posting that. Did they go into detail as what the “Billing Discrepancy” was?

No but every year before this year I got a email that said your renewal is coming up and I didn’t get 1 this year so I know they messed something up. I’m not the only one this has happened to. I can’t even get past that renewal screen they just want me to do a new subscription at the higher rate.

Understood. Not really sure what the “Billing Discrepancy” was since that could have been something from either side. But, I agree. There should have been an email notice to you prior to your renewal date and a notice if there was some sort of issue with your payment method so that you had the ability to fix it prior to renewal. IMO, cancelling your subscription and causing you to loose your locked rate without some sort of notice doesn’t seem right.

But, I am just a Community Volunteer, a Wyze customer like you. I have no say in the matter or any way to get involved.

Community Volunteers do have a vehicle to run a Ticket # up the flagpole inside Wyze to ask them to take a closer look at what happened when we feel a second look is warranted, but that’s where our abilities end. I will send it in, but since I don’t work for Wyze or have any visibility beyond what you posted, I can’t make any promises. Since I am a Wyze customer too, I can’t get any feedback from Wyze about your account. Any feedback will come from them directly to you thru that Ticket #.
