Message unable to connect to network… Xfinity, Other Wyze cameras are working on the same network fine. It even knew the password during login.
For me, I would log into the router and try temporarily disabling the 5GHz band then go through setup. When your 5GHz band and 2.4GHz band have the same network name, some routers and devices don’t work together as well to force using the correct band initially. Sometimes forcing the 5GHz to be temporarily disabled while you go through setup, allows that to process successfully, after which you can turn 5GHz back on and it will then keep working correctly.
At least that would be the first thing I try.
