Headphone replacement pads

Just saw this and ordered two pair (to have a spare).

Really could use these replacements for the sets that I own. Love the headsets.
Does anyone have an alternative suggestion that is in stock? (Most of the suggestions here are out of stock)

I see tons on eBay but you might try your luck with these on Amazon.
In Stock - $12.28 - FREE delivery August 21 - 30.

I bought these from eBay. Just arrived yesterday (shipping wasn’t fast) but look and feel identical to the original pads. Haven’t put them on yet but I’m confident they will work and are probably original replacements.

it’s funny, I’ve ordered these from Walmart at first, and now ebay, and neither has shipped after days/weeks. Walmart straight up canceled the order after no shipment/delivery in 2 weeks.

So, guess be prepared to try a few vendors, listings, etc. =(

Heaven forbid Wyze would provide us with an option in house… =(

No… the “sold out” is there to stay… the demand is evidently there though.

The odd thing is that there are people knocking the door asking to buy them and nada…

These things happen… missed revenue opportunity, customer’s lost of trust (at least I reached that point), bad reviews (and why wouldn’t).

@WyzeJasonJ
Presumably Wyze is still producing/selling the headphones so there should be some pads available. How come the store has been out of stock for almost a year and a half?

You might want to ask @WyzeVeronica .

She has been most helpful with stock.

Hi @rspierenburg. We are still selling our headphones but I don’t see any shipments for our ear pads at the moment. I’m glad you brought this up though. Internally we have to have a conversation about replacement parts and what should be removed from the site (if they aren’t coming back). Conversations are happening but I don’t want to get your hopes up. Hopefully I will hear something more official next week.

Thanks for tagging me @ssummerlin.

No way! I appreciate getting tagged on things. I don’t spend as much time in the community as I would like and the tags are so helpful.

Very good and thanks.

I know your support is appreciated.

Following up on this thread. The replacement headphone pads unfortunately are not going to be replenished and I will work with our team on removing some of these listings.

It is unfortunate that they won’t support the product anymore with either an update or with replacement pads. It’s a really good headphone. Thank you for your responses though.

Yes it may be unfortunate, but there are cheaper workarounds anyway with Amazon and probably even eBay. See the above postings and links (including my own).

@WyzeVeronica that’s super unfortunate. I would argue the headphones shouldn’t continue to be sold if you all cannot supply replacement consumables (earpads are very much consumables for headphones), or at the very least work with an earpad manufacturer to supply them in an “official” capacity. Having to find them manually and buy them from random ebay sellers is less than ideal.

For everyone else, I’ve been very happy with the ones I purchased on ebay. I bought two sets (so I’d have a spare). There are several sellers now selling identical ones, just search “Wyze headphone earpads”

I agree. I bought them because I was actually shopping for wireless earbuds at the time and saw the Headphones and Buds bundled together, and I’ve used the Headphones much more than I anticipated because they’re so functional and comfortable!

I hear the concerns and the continued sale of the headphone is something that was brought up internally. Product, manufacturing, and supply chain logistics is unfortunately out of my scope but I know there is a balance between the continued sale of older products (headphones in this case) and the supply of replacements/pairs. We’ll have more conversations about this internally… even if it’s simply to have better communication about end of life products/accessories OR maybe even help customers find 3rd party sellers that have compatible products.

But all of this love for the headphones is amazing to see. I have two pairs and really love our audio products too.

Why is it so difficult to obtain a pair of replacement ear pads for the Wyze noise-cancelling headphones? These are my favorite headphones, but I can’t see myself buying new headphones just because the ear pads are deteriorating on mine. Sweatproof ear pads or ear pad covers would be an excellent addition. Why isn’t Wyze taking advantage of this money maker?
