I had cancelled my Cam Plus Unlimited and I still got charged and renewed automatically for another year.

I am tagging additional Wyze employees as I don’t have the time to deal with customer service disaster. A simple email a day or two ahead of auto renewal would be nice so it gives us a chance to cancel or accept, like reputable companies do.
Glad to hear it just got resolved. I was about to tell you if you get around to emailing a support ticket, I can escalate the issue for you if they don’t credit you back. Glad it worked out though.

Yeah, the support told me that they didn’t have a cancellation request and that’s why the subscription got auto renewed. Then I sent them this and they said that they’l look into it to why it happened.
In all honesty, I don’t really care as long as the issue got resolved. It just makes you wonder why Wyze has all this issues, as I’m sure I’m not the only one. Also, the reason I brought it to the forum was not for me to get help but to open Wyze’s eyes so they can strive to improve their customer relations.
