Floodlight camera V1 is dead, dead

I wonder if the USB PCB powering the port is dead within the Floodlight.

You can try disconnecting the V3 camera from the Floodlight V1 and plug it with a USB cable into power adapter that is at least 5V 1 Amp to test. You will need a screwdriver to unmount the V3.
