I have the Version 1 of the Cam Floodlight that uses a V3 Camera. Tonight a cob web kept triggering recordings so I turned off the Cam Floodlight via the app and used a broom to wiped it off. I slightly knocked the camera so I repositioned it and the floods came on. I checked the app and it still showed the camera was off and it recorded the event. The Floods shouldn’t have come on and recorded anything. I’ve also noticed at times the floods will come on yet nothing was recorded. Both of these issues were at night, if that makes a difference. I’m curious if anyone else has had this issue or knows of a fix. I’ve cleared the cache and rebooted by turning off the wall switch many times in the past. Plus, the it reboots via the Automations setting once a week.
I bought a Floodlight Pro over year ago, still sitting in the box. Just haven’t had time to do the replacement, but now might be a good time.
