Floodlight Issue

My older 1st gen floodlight illuminated the floods the other night, yet I had it turned off via the app. It’s not supposed to do this unless clicking the power button on the thumbnail icon is only for the camera. I thing it’s almost out of life because the floods will randomly go one but record nothing. Yet, if I walk in front of it at night then the floods come on and record me. I don’t know, it’s just acting all wonky.
