Event tick marks on timeline

Would it be possible to add motion event tick marks on the SD card timeline? This would make it much easier to scroll to items of interest rather than scrolling endlessly. Thank you

The SD card timeline normally has icons for events, however there is a known bug with OG cams not showing those in the last several months after an app update. @WyzeMatt are you aware of that and is it being worked? It affects all OG cams.

Unaware of the issue. Can you post screenshots and which app update caused the issue.

Appears it may have been 3.1.5 in October. Impacts all OG cams seemingly regardless of firmware. If I view them in the old 2.5 app, icons are still there. In the first thread, at first I wasn’t having the issue but after updating the app I got it also.

Green event icons missing from SD card playback

The green event icons are missing from SD card playback. This makes it very difficult to find an event just trying to scroll through the playback. It’s a time-consuming process to look at the events window interface to cross reference timestamps with the SD card playback. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

It’s also possible that I’m operating with a different definition of “cloud events”. I tend to think of those as events uploaded to Wyze servers and analyzed for AI-enabled detection of specific things (persons, pets, etc.) for subscribers, not the generic sound and motion events that I see in my timeline as a non-subscriber. I believe this feature got hosed in the v3.0.5.558 to v3.1.5.569 app update.

Another odd behavior with the OGs that started way before, even in the 2.5 app. Pressing the forward and back buttons (overlaid on the video) used to jump between events when the SD card had continuous recording. Now they just jump 1 minute forward and back, regardless of events. Works fine with event only, it jumps between events as expected, but not on continuous.
