Getting code 4 for cloud but I have an SD card. Only happens when I click on the events tab

Same issue here. Error code 4 started 1-23-24.
Pan V3 cameras.
I have been getting this for the last three days. Created a issue ticket, provided log of issue with screen shot of error…no help.
Logged out of app and logged back in.
Forced app to stop, restart android device.
Uninstalled and installed latest app.
Ensured latest firmware is on cams…
Using SD card storage only. NO cloud storage. Had cameras for two months. Not getting notifications either.
What is current progress on fixing this?
been 3 hours and no response so jason is a bot or they just don’t know how to fix their own products.

No log ID was given or i dont know how to find it. Recieved email saying one was recieved.
Do have ticket number though.

Same error here. Submitted log ID 1296504 from Pan Cam v3. Error is occuring on all my cameras, Pan Cam v3, Cam v3 and V2.
I have the same issue on 2 cameras. I submitted 2x log, one for each camera. Log numbers are:
just checked and working now! both cams good!

Looks like i can open stored events from SD through App, but no longer getting push notifications.
Can everyone who was experiencing the Error Code 04 issue please verify if you are still getting the error?
